How much is the All-Access Week Gift Voucher?
₱3,990. It's a gift voucher for A Week of Complete: one full week of daily coached classes, the commercial gym and the recovery zone at TLC Fitness in BGC.
Can current TLC members buy one?
Yes. Anyone can buy a gift voucher, including current members, as long as the person who uses it is new to TLC. Buy online through your TLC account (or create a free one), at the front desk, or on WhatsApp.
Who can use the voucher?
First-time visitors aged 18 and up who have never attended a class or held a membership, pass, package, trial or voucher at TLC. Ages 16 and 17 can use it with a parent or guardian, who signs the waiver in person. One voucher per person.
When does the voucher expire?
It must be activated on or before June 30, 2027. Vouchers not activated by then are forfeited.
Can the week be paused or split?
No. The week runs for one full week from the day it's activated, and Sundays, holidays and scheduled closures count as days of the week.
What if they want to keep training after their week?
If they join a recurring membership within a week of activating the voucher, the full ₱3,990 is credited once toward their first billing.
Can I pass the voucher on to someone else?
Yes, until it's activated. After activation, only the registered bearer can use it.

- Redemption Period. This Voucher must be activated on or before June 30, 2027 (the "Redemption Deadline").
- Activation and Validity. The Package shall commence on the date of activation and run for one (1) week, being seven (7) consecutive calendar days, counting the date of activation as Day 1, regardless of the number of days attended. "One week" means seven (7) consecutive calendar days and not seven (7) days of training; any reference to "7 days" or "7-Day" has the same meaning. Sundays (on which TLC Fitness is closed), public holidays, special non-working days, and closures scheduled or announced in advance fall within and count toward the one (1) week, and no extension, make-up day or compensation shall be given for them. The Package may not be paused, split, or extended, except as provided in Clause 13.
- Class Reservations. Group classes are subject to available slots and must be booked through the TLC Fitness booking app or front desk in accordance with the gym's booking policy. The class schedule may be changed without prior notice. Changes to the class schedule shall not entitle the bearer to any extension, refund or compensation.
- Eligibility. This Voucher is valid for one (1) individual aged eighteen (18) years or older. Bearers aged sixteen (16) or seventeen (17) may redeem it only with the written consent of a parent or guardian, who must sign the Liability Waiver in person at activation. The Voucher is valid for first-time visitors only, meaning persons who have never attended a class, or held a membership, package, trial, pass or voucher, at TLC Fitness. This requirement applies only to the bearer; the Voucher may be purchased by anyone, including a current member, for a first-time visitor. Each person may redeem only one (1) such Voucher. TLC Fitness may verify eligibility and refuse activation to a bearer who does not qualify, without refund.
- Gym Rules. The bearer shall comply with all house rules, safety guidelines, and coach instructions. TLC Fitness may suspend access for conduct that endangers the bearer or others, without refund.
- Scope. The Package entitles the bearer, during TLC Fitness's posted opening hours, to: (a) one (1) coached group class per day on the 9th floor, booked in accordance with Clause 3; (b) open-gym use of the 8th-floor commercial gym and conditioning equipment; (c) use of the Recovery Zone (sauna, cold plunge and red light therapy), subject to its posted usage rules; and (d) the amenities included in TLC Fitness's Complete membership, namely showers, towel service, day-use lockers, the cowork lounge, the members' pantry, the treatment room and the kids room. All facilities and amenities are subject to availability, capacity and posted rules, and the temporary unavailability of any of them shall not entitle the bearer to any extension, refund or compensation. This Voucher is valid solely for the Package described above. It may not be exchanged for memberships, personal training, merchandise, or other services. Café purchases, personal training, FitKids sessions and any service not listed in this Clause are not included.
- Single Use. This Voucher must be redeemed in full in a single one (1) week period (seven (7) consecutive calendar days). No unused days or sessions shall be carried over.
- No Cash Value. Except as provided in Clause 24, this Voucher has no cash value and may not be converted into cash, credit, or any other form of payment.
- Non-Refundable. This Voucher is non-refundable.
- Forfeiture. This Voucher shall be deemed forfeited if not activated on or before the Redemption Deadline.
- Additional Services. Personal training, supplements, merchandise, and services not included in the Package shall be charged separately at prevailing rates.
- Transferability. This Voucher is transferable prior to activation. Once activated, it is non-transferable and valid only for the registered bearer.
- Closure or Inability to Accommodate. Should TLC Fitness close or be unable to provide the Package during the activation period due to circumstances within its control (other than the Sundays, holidays and scheduled closures described in Clause 2), the Package shall be extended by the number of days affected. No extension, refund or compensation shall be given for any closure or interruption due to circumstances beyond TLC Fitness's control, including typhoons, floods, earthquakes, fire, power or water outages, building management actions, epidemics, government orders, and acts of God.
- Lost or Damaged Vouchers. TLC Fitness shall not be liable to honor any Voucher that is lost, or that is damaged or defaced such that its authenticity cannot be verified.
- Presentation. This Voucher must be presented upon activation, together with a valid government-issued photo ID.
- Nature of Voucher. This Voucher entitles the bearer only to the specific, pre-identified Package described above. It carries no stored monetary value, credit or balance, and is not a gift check, gift certificate or gift card redeemable for goods or services generally.
- Health Declaration. Before the first class, the bearer shall complete TLC Fitness's Health Declaration truthfully and in full, and shall disclose any injury, illness, pregnancy, medication or condition that may affect their ability to exercise safely. TLC Fitness may refuse, limit or modify participation, or require medical clearance, where it reasonably considers training unsafe for the bearer, without extension or refund.
- Assumption of Risk and Waiver. The bearer acknowledges that strength and conditioning training carries inherent risks of injury, illness and, in rare cases, death, and participates voluntarily, assuming those inherent risks. Activation requires the bearer to sign TLC Fitness's Liability Waiver. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the bearer releases TLC Tribe CrossFit Corporation, TLC Fitness, and their owners, directors, officers, coaches, employees and agents from all claims arising from the bearer's participation, use of the facility or equipment, or presence on the premises, except claims arising from fraud, gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
- Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TLC Fitness's total liability in connection with this Voucher or the Package shall not exceed the price paid for the Voucher, and TLC Fitness shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss. TLC Fitness is not responsible for the loss of, theft of, or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises.
- Invalid Vouchers. A Voucher that is copied, altered, counterfeit, obtained by fraud, or resold through an unauthorized channel is void and may be refused without refund. Where more than one copy of the same serial number is presented, only the first valid activation shall be honored.
- Data Privacy. Personal information of the purchaser and bearer is collected to issue the Voucher, verify eligibility, manage bookings and ensure safety, and is processed in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and TLC Fitness's Privacy Policy.
- Summary Terms and Other Policies. Any summary of these Terms printed on the Voucher or in promotional material is for convenience only; in case of conflict, these Terms prevail. Use of the Voucher is also subject to TLC Fitness's standard Terms and Conditions, house rules, booking policy, Liability Waiver and Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time, all of which the bearer agrees to upon activation. In case of conflict, these Voucher Terms prevail as to the Voucher.
- Severability and Governing Law. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and any dispute shall be brought before the proper courts of Taguig City, without prejudice to remedies available before the Department of Trade and Industry. Nothing in these Terms limits any right of the bearer that cannot be limited under Philippine law, including the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394).
- Membership Credit. If the bearer purchases a recurring TLC Fitness membership within one (1) week (seven (7) consecutive calendar days) of the trial start date, being the date of activation, the purchase price of the Voucher (₱3,990) shall be credited once toward the first billing of that membership. The credit (a) applies only to recurring memberships and may not be applied to upfront or prepaid packages, drop-ins, day passes, personal training, FitKids, merchandise or any other product or service; (b) is available only to the registered bearer and not to the purchaser of the Voucher, if different; (c) must be used in full in a single transaction, and any unused portion is forfeited; (d) cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount unless TLC Fitness agrees in writing; and (e) has no cash value and is not refundable. The credit is a separate promotional benefit offered by TLC Fitness and does not convert the Voucher into stored value.
